Won’t work with Oticon Medical streamers

Okay, so I got the new streamer to work on my iPad and it I can hear everything on my iPad but the app doe NOT work! What am I doing wrong?

UPDATE: I just spoke to the Oticon Medical rep and she told me that the app will not work with Oticon Medical streamers - only Oticon streamers.
