Completely bewildered
Today is the third day with my new Oticon Alta hearing aids and I absolutely loved them, however I am unable to get this app to work with my 5s. The streamer is working fine on phone calls and streaming other audio, but when I try to switch from demo mode in the app and consistently shoots me back out to the opening screen with a message that says unable to connect to streamer please make sure your streamer is powered on. There is no way to bypass this and no way to get support. In fact I have not been able to find any support from Oticon other than through the audiologist.
Oticon, your hearing aids are fantastic, the best I have demoed. But if you do not fix this app before my trial period is up, I will return the hearing aids and the streamer to continue my search for a workable solution.
